    When we cause an issue within our life or mind it is from an unconscious state in our lives, something which in that moment maybe we did not know better, or maybe we did but other urges or circumstances convinced us to do the opposite. Whatever the circumstance keeping to the immaturity which is causing the problem will only result in further collapse. It takes growth and bettering oneself to overcome mental fatigue which may seem like a mountain in the moment. Once a little mental maturity has been formed, prior problems usually fall to the wayside, and new ones may form which only required continuous progression.

    To expect only that which is happening is a sure way to not get caught off guard while anticipating what is to happen next. This applies to fights yes, it also applies to life. Expect only that which happens do not anticipate or interpret what is meant to happen or how it is meant to go. This way you will not be ruined by an unexpected blow.

    In this moment, you are not who you wish to be five years from now. Job, attitude, beliefs, maturity, lifestyle, development, they all start somewhere and they’ll all develop throughout time.
